Today, I'm grateful for:
- Sleeping in - because I had to get up at 4 a.m. this morning! yikes, need a nap :)
- My job - because I get to help people on a daily basis manage their weight and get healthier
- Music that makes me want to dance
- Thich Nhat Hahn and The Art of Mindful Living - was listening to this again on the drive up to Redondo Beach
- Grapes :)
